Please read the following information points below to make your booking and service with us a smooth experience.

We are based at Northern Classic Cars 278 Osmaston Road Derby DE24 8AE. Don't worry we do every make and model of car air conditioning, not just classics.

When you arrive please drive through the barrier which will open automatically and the ANPR will register your cars registration plate.

Please text us on 07541 724069 to let us know you have arrived.

We will be straight out to welcome you within 2 minutes.

We will proceed to take your car straight into our unit to start the service. Unfortunately due to site insurance, you can not enter the workshop areas.

You are welcome to visit the cafe and view the workshops from above in the viewing gallery, or visit the museum, and retail shops or browse the car showroom all for free.

We ask that you register your car in the cafe area on the allocated booking screens, which will give you 3 hours of free parking.

Once your car is ready for collection we will ring you and hand the car back over to you with a printed report of the service, usually, this is within 30 minutes. You are free to look around for upto 3 hours before you drive home in your cooler car.
